Municipal Court
The City of Fox Lake Municipal Court presently is conducted on a part-time basis by the following personnel: Municipal Judge, Municipal Court Clerk, and the Prosecuting City Attorney. It is presently set up that Initial Hearings are scheduled on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM, pre-trials are scheduled the 2nd Tuesday of the month, and trials are scheduled the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Scheduling may change due to a holiday, unavailability of the Judge, or some other pertinent cause. Location of the court for Initial Hearings, Pre-trials, and Trials are held in the City of Fox Lake Municipal Building, 248 E. State Street, Fox Lake WI. Hours: Municipal Court Clerk 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
